How quickly will my site be approved?
The Ebates team takes approximately a week to approve your store and get you set up on the network.
How do I pay commissions to Ebates?
Easy peasy! Your Ebates commission shows up on your monthly Shopify invoice. Shopify then passes along the commissions to Ebates!
Can I leave the program if it is not increasing my sales?
Sure! If you no longer wish to be an Ebates merchant, simply uninstall your stores from the Ebates channel app. This will remove your store from the mobile site.
