HOW DOES IT WORK?

Firstly, log into your Shopify online store & enable Postmates. Now, customers within your locality will be able to select it as their delivery method. Once a customer picks Postmates, pack up their order and request a time for the Postmates courier to pick up the package.

After the pick-up, customers and Shopify merchants will be able to track the package until it is delivered! You will be able to view the package route in real-time. Customers will be provided a link to the Postmates live map for tracking.

WHAT DO I DO TO GET STARTED?

To get started, check to see if your city offers Postmates HERE.

If you are located in a city where it is offered, simply log into your Shopify store. In your shipping settings, enable Postmates. Then, fill in your contact details, the hours of business operation, and any additional delivery instructions. And, of course, don’t forget to click save! Once your on-demand delivery is set up in your settings, customers will be able to utilize this delivery method whenever they place an order!
