The cool thing is, once you’ve featured 9 shopping posts or more, your business account will get a sticky “shop” tab on your profile. This tab will allow for your customers to view all the products in a post.

Sell with shoppable instagram posts

Getting started is easy. If you’re located in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, or Brazil, you will need to:

  • make sure you have the Facebook channel installed on your Shopify account with an approved Facebook shop.
  • set up an Instagram business account.

Once you have those things taken care of, you can add the Instagram sales channel to your Shopify account.

After your store has been approved, just enable the feature by selecting “shopping” under the business settings on your Instagram app. Once you’re all set up, just tag relevant products any time you post on your Instagram account!
